Angola launches 2nd phase of privatisation of industrial units
The second phase of the privatisation process of industrial enterprises in Angola, which comprises the sale of 23 units of the Lunda/Bengo Special Economic Zone (SEZ), is due to begin this month and may extend into April, announced on Thursday in Luanda the executive director of the Institute of Management of State Assets and Holdings (IGAPE).
For this second phase the companies include Indupackage, focused on production of metal packaging, Betonar (pre-stressed concrete), Inducarpin (carpentry), Induplas (plastic bags) and Indutive (paints and varnishes).
The list also includes Mangotal (metal towers), Pipelaine (PVC pipes), Talhafal (metallic tiles), Transplas (PVC accessories), Vedatela (fencing), Absor (absorbents) and Saciango (cement bags).
